Required Skills and Experience
Education:
Advanced University degree in a development field.
Experience:
A minimum of 15 years of progressive development work experience.
Excellent network of contacts within civil society and proven track record in facilitating building partnerships, networks and alliances.
Good knowledge and understanding of multilateral development organizations
Knowledge and understanding of UN and UNDP policies an asset.
Senior level management experience and ability to lead and work effectively with a diverse team of people of different national and cultural backgrounds in an international setting.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English essential, working knowledge of French or Spanish an advantage.
