		<description>Impressive work on civil society and community organization. I especially liked the Friday greatitude sessions and plan to use that in my work.

Two other take-away lessons for me: (1) the striking similarity between things that need changing (improving) in Malaysia, according to the first diagram, and things that need improving in many societies in the world, and (2) the important role of young people in change. If the young are not willing to lead change, it may not happen!</description>

Aim and purpose of the organization :
Service Provide Association For Rural Development.(SPARD)
	Bangladesh is a developing country of the third globe. We should take participation in these social active cordially in order to improve these country’s economic condition, social status and to alleviate illiteracy as well as to develop health service in the not only being limited in the participation, out main target is to make this organization  effective by taking appropriate measure. Our another large and purposes are.  
1.Socio-economic development: At present the social condition of our country is very backward in respect of iving instruction.To inform them of family plsocial consciousness. Our society is forced based on many social separations social misproclamation belief on fate yet now. As a result, our socio-economic development is being unsuccessful. We should be conscious socially and we should be enriched economically with a view to getting free from these social and economic adversity. For this target there are some steps to be done:
Suspension of social superstition.
2, To help the distress and the poor.
 To make opportunity of works for women.
Spreading education and alleviation of illiteracy: No nation can be established completely socially and economically without education. Every body should earn the alphabetical knowledge and should be educated completely to improve any notion, pedigree or society. For this purpose as conscious citizens we want to contribute in suspension of illiteracy and to develop the condition of education. For this target we have some steps to be done:
 To inspire fox the primary education by distributing  educational instruments.    
  To give award of a stipend to the meritorious students.
  To inspire for primary education the students who have been cut off.
  To help in increasing literacy.
Alleviation of poverty: Poverty is a society curse. In order to get up from this curse we should work together. To make a few people from this curse our activities are: 	
 To give the proper instruction the young and build them as self reliant. 
 To help the poor and make opportunity for workforce.
 To make the powerful human asset by ganning.
Improvement of health service: Health is wealth. A physically unfit man can not contribute in socio-economic deployment. For this reason every people of the society must be healthy and active physically. For this we should do: 
 To inform of the vaccination.
 To inform all of the diseases caused by virus.
 To inform of nutrition.

Development of village/Rural development: About 80% people of our country live in villages yet now. But the village living people are neglected. miseries  and distress are their doily companion. To get rid of this condition only one way is to united and right lifestyle. For this we have taken some measures:
 To inform of the modernism of agriculture.
To inform the farmers of manure, insecticide and good needs.
 To encourage the fisherman to grow more fish.
Removal of dowry system and help: Dowry is a social curse. This process is expanding day by day  in such a developing country like are tortured with the striker of dowry moreover this organization has been working for a long time to remove this social crime and we want to continue in future. For this we have taken some measures:
 To inform the demerits of dowry.
 To make sincere about early marriage.
 To help the acid attacked socially and economically.
Tender aged crime: Today’s children are the future hope of our country. The life of the children become beautiful and creative. The common people of the society are changed into the asset with appropriate technical and creative knowledge. 
 To establish the children.
 To care the children.
 To remove the child labour.
 Rehabilitation of the poor children.
Empowerment of women: The society where the women are more backward than the men it, the nation, the country can’t be self-reliant. The developed countries of the world have made the possibility of making developed nation and have been able to check the enmity with others by empowerment of women.

 To establish equal rights for women.
 To educate the women completely.
 To control women torture.
 To remove eve teasing.
 To respect the women.
 To expand women developing fund.
To establish human rights: A man is for one another. Life is for another life. There are many people around us who are not serious about their rights. Rather they don’t know how to earn their rights. Our duty is to make conscious the unconscious men and to make sure them with reality.
 To establish all people.
 To suspend differentiation.
 To make sincere about rights.
 To establish social rights for the distress.
Physically disabled: We should extend our helping hands towards the physical and mental disabled men around  us. It should be assured that they can participate various. social activities: 
 Allowance for the disabled person. 
 To make able to work the disabled by training.
 To assure the rights for the disabled .
Entertainment: Around us there are many young men who are addicted. Their life and future are about to destruct. Our some activities by such type of entertainment such as sports, debating and other thoughtful activities and thus we can bring them into a rhythmic life.
  To arrange many types of entertainment.
 To maintain the entertainments.
 To raise conscience by educative entertaining programme.
Law abiding help: To help legally and economically the people deprived from all the amenities of low abiding help and rights.
 To help according to law.
 To help economically.
 To help the divorced women.
Eventful education: Many of our society can’t continue their study condition because of the bad condition of economy. Our duty is to train them many short term eventful education and make them self-reliant. 
 To train computer.
 Mobile servicing. 
 Sewing and hand made activities for the women.
 To make little cottage industry and worker.
.Familiar torture: Western culture practicing devastated our total social and family life. As a result, women torture is increasing. Our duty:
 To make aware of bond of live.
 To inspire to practice native culture.To make sincere the children about duties to parents.
15.Willingly blood donation campaign and free blood test: A life can be saved by any single drop of blood saving life with blood widens our human mentality our duties:
 To donate blood willingly.
 Free blood test.
 To take safe blood and to donate fresh blood. 
16.To come to help to check the natural disaster: It is a regular and common matter for Bangladesh to be faced natural disaster as the surface of the ocean are adjacent to Bangladesh. Most of the people of this country are faced by this problem severely. For this our activities are:
 Precautionary activities.
 To show the process of removing the natural disaster. 
 To help the distress.
 To help them in rehabilitation.
16.Growing fish, domestic animal and plantation: With a view to making employment we grow fish, plant trees and raise domestic animals.
 To train in growing fish.
 To inspire in growing fish.
 Tree plantation and raising cows.

it has been so much impress about all of what has been done last year, but i want the head hqtr of usip to expand dear programmes to reach out village people mostly african regions, i.e west afica state, the kind of programme i want usip to be initiated, is to reach them with an awareness on politics without violent among them,teaching them on how resolve political,religious and ethinic conflict, moreover inviting ad involving voluteers of the pan african region into the peace canpaign. using the local people yo assist in tanslation,localized plans to reach out the community.
i think with thismotives, u can be able to send the message of the of the usips.</description>
